Warning Adult Content guild will make an effort to conduct regular guild meetings using the Ventrilo voice server.
These meetings are conducted for announcements and open discussion. We as a guild are based on a democratic leadership but all members should be empowered to air out any feelings, thoughts, and concerns about the guild.
All members are encouraged to attend and voice their opinions. All members shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss any guild related issues without fear of being ridiculed or retaliated against for any legitimate discussion.
If necessary, following the Guild Meeting, available officers should go into one of the officer channels and discuss any issues that may have come up.
Nothing shall preclude emergency-type meeting from being called to discuss issues that may be time sensitive. These discussions should be recalled during the regular meetings so that all members will be informed of imperative discussions.
